Wachovia Mathematics Endowment
Mathematics is one of the two primary core subjects on which this school was founded. It's usage and importance in our everyday lives cannot be put into words. The faculty at NCSSM works everyday to help our students perfect the concepts and principles of countless mathematical disciplines, ensuring their time in the math department is forever etched into their NCSSM experience--and their lives. 

Wachovia established this important endowment to support the programs and classrooms of the NCSSM math department. The Wachovia Mathematics Endowment is restricted to NCSSM’s Mathematics department and assists the department in meeting unmet needs. Proceeds from this endowment may be used to purchase items such as equipment and classroom materials and supplies; provide for the development of mathematics instructors or students through participation in events such as conferences, workshops, competitions, or research opportunities; meet any other department-specific need as defined by the department head.
