Wachovia Humanities Endowment
While NCSSM is focused on Science and Mathematics, our Humanities Department is an extremely rich and diverse facet of the academic community.  The faculty takes pride in instructing our students in the ways of the world through history, literature, social science and writing.  This makes NCSSM the total academic experience that it is known for.

The Wachovia Humanities Endowment is restricted to NCSSM’s Humanities department and assists the department in meeting unmet needs. Proceeds from this endowment may be used to purchase items such as equipment and classroom materials and supplies; provide for the development of humanities instructors or students through participation in events such as conferences, workshops, competitions, or research opportunities; meet any other department-specific need as defined by the department head.
